“It is a very sad situation that the number of women as mayoral candidates in the political scene in a city of 5 million people is very low, I think more women should have aspired to govern this city. As the Justice  Unity Party, we will continue the current change by spreading it first in Izmir and then all over Turkey and women will have more say in politics,” she said.
