Izmir Karşıyaka Deniz Baykal Cultural Center hosted an unforgettable evening with the 5th Vision Media Group International Success Awards – “40 Women 40 Awards” ceremony. Red carpet appearances, moments of elegance, emotional speeches, and plenty of applause… Every detail served as a reminder of how powerful a social value women’s labor and productivity are.

The evening began with a minute of silence in memory of the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s comrades-in-arms and all women who lost their lives, followed by the recitation of the National Anthem.

Enes Bölükler, the young, visionary, and entrepreneurial name behind Katmercim, the main sponsor of the ceremony, became one of the most talked-about figures of the night. With the “Main Sponsor Honor Award” he received, Bölükler took the stage not only as a supporter but also as a pioneer of social awareness. In his speech, Bölükler drew attention to the presence of women in the workplace and their contribution to production, receiving loud applause from the audience with his words, “Real progress is only possible when women’s labor is valued. Hatice Korkmaz was named Businesswoman of the Year, showcasing exemplary leadership as a candidate for the presidency of the Izmir Minibus Drivers Association.
Gülten Felekoğlu received the “Successful Single-Handed Hot Iron and Sculptor of the Year” award to minutes of applause.
Sibel Öztürk crowned her success in the world of technology with the “Successful Vehicle Tracking Company of the Year” award.
On the art stage, Tuğba Akçadağ received the “Successful Artist of the Year” award, while her son Yiğit Pekdoğan’s 12th birthday was celebrated on stage, providing the audience with both artistic and emotional moments.
