14 EU countries dont want the European Commission to control all EU Money from one central system.
These countries want to keep special Money for poorer regions. Their goal is to reduce the difference between rich and poor areas in Europe.
The commission wants each country to have one big budget and to give Money only if some goals are met.But many regions politicians and groups dont agree.
Poland and the Socialist group in the European Parliament also said no to this plan.
The new EU budget plan for 2028-2034 will be shared on 16 July by Ursula von der Leyen the head of the Commission.
Poland says regional help must stay important. Most of theEU budget today goes to farming and helping regions.
